The Archons of Life and Death share the concepts of life. For life and death are ever intermingled in that were Life grows Death is always in the shadows. The imbalance of Life and Death comes in the form of the Deathless. Those who have died in truth, but their souls are bound. Were others will move on to the realm of death and go for rebirth. The Deathless will never pass on.
Life is the Archon of all living things. Her domain is things that grow and flourish. All beings that grow have a reverence for life. The good of life is that all things are given a chance to live and grow for a time. The bad of life is that life would soon overgrow stripping the world and leading to suffering and stagnation.
Death is the Archon of the dead. Death's domain is the realm of souls. Death call all souls of the death to the Necropolis where the souls are judge and sent to the realms that they have earned in their life. Death offers for those that wish to escape the realm of Death a chance at rebirth by traveling the paths of the dead.
The Deathless is the power of undead. It is in truth what necromancy aspires to but will never reach. The Deathless will take the souls of the dead and trap them in their bodies. The evils are that the deathless has no power of regeneration or preservation. So, to be trapped by the deathless is to be trapped in a body that is always decaying and to feel every pain that come stems from it.
